In the unfortunate event of a client’s unavailability due to death, critical illness, or any other valid reason, the client’s registered nominee is entitled to claim the available account balance or account credentials in accordance with our verification and compliance procedures.
The registered nominee can request access to the client’s available balance or account credentials after proper verification.
Once verified, the available balance will be transferred to the nominee through secure and compliant banking channels.
All nominee claims are handled in accordance with Zed Capital’s internal fund protection and AML policies.

The nominee must provide valid identification, proof of relationship and the client’s account details as registered with Zed Capital.
All claims will be processed strictly under AML, KYC and international fund transfer regulations.
Zed Capital International Ltd shall not be responsible for any trading losses or open market exposures at the time of claim.
In case of death, a valid death certificate and legal nominee declaration are required before releasing any funds or credentials.
Only the available account balance or secured account credentials can be claimed. Any ongoing trades, pending positions, or unrealized profits/losses are excluded from the claim.
Only one registered nominee per account will be recognized for fund claims unless legally modified and approved by the client prior to the event.
Verified nominee claims are processed within 15-30 business days from the date of complete document submission
Zed Capital International Ltd does not guarantee any recovery of trading losses, open positions, or non-realized profits. The nominee protection strictly applies to the available account balance and verified account credentials at the time of the claim.
